How long does the visit take?+

About 1 hour with 7 unique rooms. Perfect for cruise visitors or a short Palma day — you see more of Mallorca in one hour than most people do in a week.

Do I need to book in advance?+

We strongly recommend booking online to guarantee entry, especially on cruise ship days and in peak season. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Online booking saves you time at the door.

Is it suitable for children?+

Absolutely — children love it. The interactive floor and the Draw Alive workshop are made for children. Ages 3 and above welcome. For the full family day, we recommend combining with Fantasy Museum — just 3 minutes away.

What is the Combo ticket?+

Access to both Visual Mallorca Experience and Fantasy Museum Palma — just 3 minutes apart. Adults save €5.90 compared to buying separately. The best way to fill a half-day in the old city.

Can I rent the venue for a private event?+

Yes! Available for private hire for birthdays, corporate events and gatherings. Capacity up to 50 guests. From €150 for the first hour, €300 for 3 hours. Contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.

Carrer d'En Vilanova 8, in the heart of Palma old city, 07002. A 20-minute walk or 9-minute drive from the cruise terminal bus stop and 10 minutes from the Cathedral.

What are your opening hours?+

Every day 12:00 – 18:00, including weekends and public holidays.

Good for a rainy day or hot afternoon?+
